Ratp Dev Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

RATP Dev, a 100% subsidiary of the RATP Group created in 2002, provides operations and maintenance of passenger transport services outside of the "historical" RATP network in the Greater Paris area although it also operates some specialized services within Paris. RATP Dev is present in 13 countries, namely Algeria, Egypt, China's special administrative region Hong Kong, France, Italy, Morocco, the Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Wholly and partly owned operations include the following.

A former employee said this on Indeed "Worked at the DC Circulator - RATP Dev is terrible. Every week messing up people’s check. There were never any team meetings. Lack of communication. They never provided us with an employee handbook or job description. They had favorites, wasn’t efficient in their resources. Under bid on the contract and had to give people pink slips then say oh wait we changed our mind. It’s stressful and unorganized. Low morale, high turnover. Management doesn’t work with the unions. Management came up a policy that if you call out due to being sick you could lose your job".

Bus Driver (Former Employee) says

"This job is rubbish. Low wage, the rest is based on ticket commsion. You have to drive around Bath and select and play bits of pre recorded commentary depending on where you are. They can't get enough drivers, so are always changing the rotas of the drivers they have to cover, often with little notice. The controllers are a total waste of time. They delight in reporting the drivers for making a genuine mistake. Do yourself a favour and avoid these clowns."

Supervisor (Former Employee) says

HR Assistant (Former Employee) says

"I was hired to do a job even though there was virtually nothing to do all day. They made me meet with everyone in the office for 2 weeks instead of learning my new position. Parts are scarce and worst the company doesn't have the budget to purchase them or for tech training. The guy in charge of rail is useless.
